I have recently tried to buy Nature Throid from New Zealand supplier, know I can't say who. They are out of stock and have no date as to when it will be back in stock.

Could anyone advise me by private message of an alternative supplier for Nature Throid please?

I have just started taking magnesium supplement 150mg per day with food, four hours after taking thyroid meds (levothyroxine). It is making me want to sleep most of the day, should I perservere or is it not for me? My magnesium level is .8 range is .7- 1.1

Generally recommended to take magnesium in evening for that very reason.

If you take Levo at bedtime then take it 4-6 hours before
