Question re T3 timing

I forgot to ask if T3 has the same rules regarding interaction with ferrous fumerate and Vitamin D?

If it does can I take the split dose in 1 and at the same time as I take levothyroxine? Due to other medication I have to take I currently take my levo at night before bed x

Yes, same rules apply. But, you can take your T3 all in one go, at bedtime, with your levo.

Yes you can combine the doses. It also makes life a little bit easier. However,if you are gong to have a blood test next day, miss the night dose and take next a.m. and night dose as usual.

Thank you, until I can stop the ferrous fumarate which isn’t looking likely anytime soon as the minute I do my hb drops again I’ll have to do it in 1 dose.

I always leave the levo out the night before a blood test. I only know that due to this forum though!

We suffered: remained undiagnosed: didn't get the increases we need, had multiple clinical symptoms but now we know more than Endocrinologists who are ignorant of clinical symptoms and which they should also know if they are treating patients who have dysfunctions of their thyroid gland.
