Yes definitely. When diagnosed and how much Levo has GP started you on?
Have you had vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin checked. If not ask GP to add these tests onto blood retesting form
Bloods should be checked 6-8 weeks after any dose change. Always get actual results and ranges. Make sure to get blood tests done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after
Read as much as possible about Hashimoto's as you will have to learn to manage this yourself, keeping good records and probably look at diet too
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms. Very, very many of us here find it really helps and can slowly lower antibodies.

Not diagnosed or taking levo yet thankyou
Have you seen GP since these test results or did you get these done privately. I guess you did privately as both TPO and TG have been tested (NHS rarely tests TPO and almost never tests TG)
You will need to start in Levo - usually 50mcg daily, unless elderly or vitamins very low.
You will need vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested. Always get actual results and ranges. GP will say they are fine if anywhere in range, but we need them optimal, not bumping along the bottom
Make an urgent appointment to see GP asap
Always take Levo on empty stomach and then nothing apart from water for at least an hour after. Many take on waking, but it may be more convenient and possibly more effective taken at bedtime

Many people find Levothyroxine brands are not interchangeable. Once you find a brand that suits you, best to make sure to only get that one at each prescription.
Hi Nancy3, as Slow dragon says, yes, you do have Hashimotos thyroiditis. I just came on to say, stick with this forum, you will get all the advice and support you need.
Good luck
