I have been prescribed 750mg morning and night

To treat insulin resistance and the extreme hypoglycaemia and fatigue suffering and weight gain

I've not noticed any change in symptoms a week in, how quickly should I notice changes?

I was told 1 to 3 hours to be in your system but the positive effects take about a week.

Are you taking it for hyper or hypoglycaemia?

for hypoglycaemia, Jqqhp

I've been suffering massively from fatigue which I believe is caused by insulin resistance

Don't forget to take extra B12 as metformin blocks B12 absorption. Low B12 can cause fatigue, too. Also, Metformin can cause low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), so I'm not sure where that leaves you.
