MTHFR complex with Hydro/Adeno B12?

Hi!

Wondering if anyone is aware of a supplement integrating Folate as 5-MTHF, B6 as P5P and B12 as Hydroxy or Adenosyl.

Most supplements contain the Methyl B12 form only.

I take them all separately. I didn't come across a multi of any description that used the methyl free versions I needed.All the Multis seem to use the cheapest variants. Just thought however, Amy Yasko sells a lot of supplements that are designed for MHTFR people. There might be one on her website.

I take Life Extension Two-Per-Day multivits and minerals. Two capsules provide: 400mcg of folate as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate; 300mcg of B12 as methylcobalamin (not the form you wanted, but might be worth consideration); 75mg of B6 as pyridoxine HCl, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

Just wanted to point out that the B12 you are referring to is hydroxocobalamin not hydroxycobalamin
