I've been thinking about taking an adrenal supplement. Which one is recommended? And, what's the difference between Adrenavive II and Adrenavive III? Thanks.

Adrenal support
Hi, I've just ordered Adrenavive 1. It was the lowest dose, so I thought I'd start low in case of side effects. I think the other 2 are probably just slightly higher dose. I didn't really look in detail.
Adrenavive 1 contains bovine whole adrenal gland.
Adrenavive 11 and 111 contain bovine adrenal cortex - 2 different strengths. Don't ask me the difference, but I assume that A1 is weaker than the others.
With Metavive, 1 and 11 are porcine thyroid gland, but 111 and 1V are bovine - presumably for people who don't eat pork.
By the way, I find that google thinks I'm trying to find something with nearly the same spelling, so I have to insist that I'm looking for 'Adrenavive'. I'd give you a link, but that would be advertising.
So, is it better to take whole adrenal or cortex? I'm thinking that the whole adrenal gland is more suitable if you've got severely exhausted adrenals rather than giving them just a boost?
Here is a concise explanation courtesy of Healthline.com and the details provided within this particular excerpt conform with medical knowledge. In other words, correct!
What Are the Adrenal Glands?
Your adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys. They're divided into two parts: outer glands (adrenal cortex) and inner glands (adrenal medulla).
The adrenal cortex releases several hormones directly into the bloodstream that affect metabolism and gender characteristics. The hormone cortisol helps control the way your body uses fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. It also reduces inflammatory reactions. Another hormone, called aldosterone, regulates sodium and potassium in the blood and helps maintain blood volume and pressure.
What Do the Inner Glands Do?
The adrenal medulla secretes hormones that help you deal with physical and emotional stress. Adrenaline, also called epinephrine, is known as the "fight or flight" hormone. It makes the heart beat faster, increases blood flow to the brain and muscles, and helps the body make sugar quickly to use for fuel.
Noradrenaline, or norepinephrine, squeezes your blood vessels. This helps increase and maintain your blood pressure in stressful situations.
I believe that just cortex is considered the higher quality product, and that some people who have adrenal problems cannot manage the whole gland.
The adrenals make over 80 hormones. The ones we get low on are cortisol and aldosterone. We seldom need the others. Whole glandulars contain adrenaline which stimulates the nervous system, and can make low cortisol symptoms worse. On my old adrenal group we always recommended cortex only.
I've just been reading a bit more about this today as I ordered Adrenavive 1 making a silly assumption that it was the lowest strength. But in fact it's as you said earlier, whole bovine adrenal so from what I've read that means it will contain adrenaline which might not be the right thing for everyone. Whereas the Adrenavive 2 and 3 are both bovine adrenal cortex, just the cortex part of the adrenal which possibly doesn't contain adrenaline.
I could be completely wrong of course.
I'd be interested to hear how you feel on it, and how long it takes to feel its benefit.
