Hello,
I was wondering if anyone uses first waking body temp and other times of day body temps to track response to medication (t4 or t3)? Is this a good indicator for how it is working and how your metabolism is functioning?

Or is the 3:00-4:00 temp test the best test, because that is when your temp is the highest?
If you go to the date November 7, 2004 on the following link, you can read the question/answer.
Dr Broda Barnes was the first to use temperature as guidance.
I try to do both but often it's the morning one only.
