T3 or not

Hi I am on t4/t3 only a quarter of t3 of 25mg a day. Been self medicating with my endocrinologist approval. Blood test are normal. However notice palpitations since using it even though I'm on a low dose. I did not take my quarter today and my palpitations have gone but feel bit foggy again. I take 75mg of levothyroxine and quarter of 25mg of t3 per day (I cut it with pill cutter) has anyone else gone through this? Not sure if I should take the t3 just in case my Palpatations start again!

Can you post your recent thyroid results and ranges?

It's glitters through out the day but hear it more when I go to sleep. My blood test from endocrinologist last week was TSH 1.16 he didnt give me a range. He said my results are really good. So im very confused. I started t3 in April 2017 and started since then.

Palpitations are always more noticeable when you're lying down. They're not usually damaging but can be uncomfortable.

I'm surprised your endo doesn't also check FT3 as he knows you are taking T3. TSH 1.16 is low-normal but doesn't give any clue to what FT4 and FT3 are. You can order a private thyroid test via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...
