T3 usually comes in 25mcg tablets and it is equal, in its effect, to 100mcg of levothyroxine.
NDT usually comes in grains which is equal to around 100mcg on levo. (sometimes the measurement is 65mg or 60mg confuses some people - mg isn't mcg)
You can split tablets if you get a good pill cutter.
All vitamins/minerals have to be at optimum too as deficiencies can cause symptoms.
