I've just revived my Tiromel (expiry date was 02/2018 is this normal? Seems a bit short to me)
I have added 6,25 mcg for 4 days but can't say I feel any different yet. What would you advice to add another 6,25 after a week of 6,26 or wait 6 weeks to have test fort before adding more? I also decreased my dose of levo by 12,5 a week ago.
Latest results before decreasing levo and adding T3
Tsh 0.05 (0.35-5.5)
Ft3 4.9 (3.1-6.8)
Ft4 19.4 (12-22)
Any thoughts are very most welcome.

I think Tiromel do a production run in March every year so expiry Feb 18 makes sense. The tablets are bubble packed so they won't lose potency. I've taken Tiromel 12 months past expiry without ill effect.
T3 isn't an instant fix and FT3 4.9 is good so you won't feel the impact someone with low FT3 would experience. I would wait until you've been taking 6.25 for a week and then increase to 12.5mcg in divided doses 8-12 hours apart. Hold at 12.5mcg for 6-8 weeks and have a thyroid test to check FT3 remains within range.
You don't need to decrease Levothyroxine, your FT4 wasn't at the top of range.
You can either stick at 6.25mcg for 6-8 weeks and retest or increase to 12.5mcg and retest after 6-8 weeks. It won't harm you if you are over FT3 for a few weeks.
Sorry to bother you again, do you think I should go back to previous dose of levothyroxine? (12.5 more) that I took before adding T3? I guess I don't want ft4 to fall to low either...
No, I would stick with your current dose. I don't think FT4 is likely to drop much because you reduced 12.5mcg and you will probably be increasing T3 to 12.5mcg in a few weeks anyway.
