Coeliac/gluten intolerant?

Hi so due to having Hashimotos and under active thyroid and vitamins and minerals not improving despite supplementing for a long time I am wondering if I need to ask my GP to test me for coeliac since my symptoms also suggest it? How often do I need to be eating gluten for and how much?

    Recommendation is to eat some gluten in more than one meal a day for up to six weeks prior to blood test.
