I'm on thiroxin 100 mcg diagnosed hypothyroid in may. Tsh was 16.95 now dropped to 5.4 free t4 16.5 free t3 5.2 still feel awful! Any ideas I'm wondering about addition of t3

You are undermedicated on 100mcg. Ask your GP to increase dose. The goal of Levothyroxine is to restore the patient to euthyroid status. For most patients that will be when TSH is 0.3 - 1.0 with FT4 in the upper range. FT4 needs to be in the upper range in order that sufficient T3 is converted.
