I have had underactive thyroid for 6 years on 75 levothyroxine. My latest results are
TSH. 0.077. (0.35-4.94)
T4. 15. (12-22)
I am just a bit concerned that the tsh is below the range. Is this ok? I feel ok.....tired quite a bit but I am 62 working full time on my feet all day so maybe that's normal?

Do you have your blood tests at the very earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and the test and take it afterwards? This helps keep the TSH at its highest. Your T4 could be nearer the top of the range and it would be best if you had a Free T4 and Free T3 blood test. Your GP may not do so or the lab, even if he requests, might not as they've been directed that only TSH and T4 are sufficient. I shall give you a link and you can read why both Frees are necessary.
Levothyroxine (T4) is an inactive hormone and it's job is to convert to T3. T3 is the only Active hormone and it is required in our millions of T3 receptor cells.
We have recommended labs which will do these FT4 and FT3 for you and I shall give you a link - just in case:-
Both Blue Horizon and Medichecks are popular.
Ask GP to test vitamin B12, Vitamin D, iron, ferritin and folate.
Some doctors don't like such a TSH as yours but (I am not medically qualified) believe FT4 and FT3 are better guides.
Put your results on a new Post with the ranges and members will respond.
We should have no clinical symptoms if on the optimum dose of thyroid hormones.
