Hello Glo, how are you feeling right now? What was the reason for your partial thyroidectomy? If it was for cancer the thyroid would normally need to be suppressed which is why I'm asking. At the moment your TSH is in the normal range and so is your T4 but many people feel better when their TSH is nearer to 1.0 and their T4 in a higher range. It would have helped if you had a result for FT3 too. Are you taking Levothyroxine?

Do you know if you have any autoimmune antibodies and have you had any blood tests for vitamin levels? Sorry so many questions but it helps to know.

You are aiming to get FT4 and FT3 in the top third or even the top quarter of their ranges. Your FT4 reading isn't even half way so you are undermedicated and I suspect that if everything else is working your FT3 would also be low but if you have a problem converting then your FT3 would be extremely low and every cell in our body needs T3!

So you need an increase in medication to get your FT4 in the right area so 17.5+ but not above the range but then you need to know what your FT3 is doing. Try to see if your doctor can get it done-very unlikely or consider private testing. Thyroid Uk that run this forum and recommend Blue Horizon or MediChecks. Both have offers at times. MediChecks offers are usually in a Rhursday do well worth looking up the sites and then looking out for a bargain that ticks the boxes. I think MediChecks just do a T3 check which is probably ok if in any form of T3 as that is the only accurate reading you can get but on Levo you need the full panel to compare the FT4 with the FT3 in the same blood draw to check on conversion.
