I suspected a Thyroid issue due to chronic dizziness, nausea, shaky, faintness after eating (mostly 1 hour plus after eating). My results are back and seem normal. Could you offer some advice?

Immunology

Starting to think I may have dumpling syndrome - any thoughts? Only problem is . . . I have never had gastric surgery?! I had fasting glucose test done which also came back normal!
I'd try to get cortisol tested again and see if NHS will treat - they won't unless it's over normal. For pre-diabetes, it's the usual ketogenic diet advice as for Type 2 diabetes and drink lots of water around meal times. Also look up post prandial hypotension.
