Advise on blood results please

Hello Everyone x

After posting on here last week explaining that in April I had a total Thyroidectomy (due to Graves) and ever since I have been taking 125mcg of levothyroxine and I wasn't feeling well, waking up at stupid o'clock with an anxious butterfly feeling in my stomach. I phoned through for my blood results today.

TSH 0.19 (0.35 - 5.5)

T3, 4.3 (3.5 - 6.5)

My Thyroid nurse ( yes I have a thyroid nurse ) has told me to alternate between 100mcg and 125mcg daily. In your opinions is this the way to go ?

Hi - well your thyroid nurse has about the same level of knowledge as the typical GP about thyroid ie. none! You are actually well under-medicated to have a ft3 of 4.3. Most people would not feel well with a ft3 < around 5.5. So instead of cutting your dose, what you actually need to do is raise it.

Thank you x so what do I do now ? Do I contact them again or shall I make an appointment with my gp ? I am so confused !
