Puzzled By Latest Blood Test Results

My previous blood test results were Dec 2016.I was taking 55mcgs T3-only & had been on T3-only for 2 years.

TSH....0.026...(0.34-5.6)

FT4...<3.5...(8.00-18.00)

FT3...6.4...(3.80-6.00)

My latest blood tests are for July 2017

TSH...0.031...(0.034-5.6)

FT4...7.9...(8.0-18.0)

FT3...6.4...(3.8-6.0)

I am taking 75mcgs thyroxine & 25mcgs T3.

I began adding T4 back in,in January 2017 & worked up to my present dose while reducing T3.

I allowed 24 hours between blood tests & last T4 & over 12 hours between last T3.

Any thoughts on dose adjustments?

My main symptom is fatigue,as always.My ankles have swollen up again a bit since re-introducing T4.I came off T3-only due to hairloss,which is continuing,plus mood issues.Though fatigue was still an issue on T3-only,I think I was the least fatigued since beginning thyroxine-only in 1997

You are mildly overmedicated with FT3 over range. My hair was coming out in clumps when my FT3 was over range. Perhaps you could reduce T3 dose to 18,75mcg (3/4 of a tablet).

Have ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate been checked to see they are optimal?
