Have you been refused Access to your GP medical record

I am trying to assess the size of this problem. Many people including me have had huge problems. This is not recognised as a problem officially because either people accept it's not possible or they do not know who to complain to.

If you have been refused I wonder if you could pm me the name of the GP practice. I am meeting the Clinical Director of NHS Digital Transformation next week and I need some data to show there is a problem. I have had 80 contacts on my previous posts so I know the info is there. Only names of practice will be used you will remain anonymous. Management delete if not allowed, thank you
