Do you know whether this applies to NHS Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland?

Sorry I think there are separate arrangements for the different countries, I really don't know but Google the terms eg detailed coded Patient record access NHS Scotland.

The information I have posted is for NHS England. Let me know

Just to clarify this is an NHS England publication so "straight from the horses mouth" so to speak

I had a look but not available in Scotland yet, will keep an eye out for future changes.

Thanks for the link. I emailed patient online about my gp saying they don't have this set up yet and said I thought since 2016 we should be able to getvtest results. They are passing it on to the relevant team and will get back to me. As soon as I hear anything I will post.

Excellent they are the team to sort it out. Did you get a reference no to chase it up? I have raised this at national level now and have quite a lot of evidence to share about the difficulties we are all facing.
