I have another printout and this gives the ranges the lab uses when assessing my results. I have a question here... as they are mentioning this as Abnormal, highlighted by an exclamation mark. !! The (short) printout reads like this:
Values and Investigations (latest Value)
6-July-2017 ! Thyroid function test - (GSD157) - Abnormal -
The exclamation mark is flagging up abnormal results to your GP. TSH is suppressed because it is <0.01 and FT4 is mildly over range. Some GPs will reduce dose when TSH is suppressed but you aren't over medicated because FT3 is within range.
You. Eed to address why you are t converting by looking at Vit D. B12, folate and ferritin. They need to. E optimum so post results for guidance and in time they should make your conversion good. You may not then need T3 and your overall health will be better from getting things addressed. It can take. Little time to get them up to a good level though if. Wet low and if that's the xaae then some of your symptoms could be because of that
Thank you all for your replies. Very much appreciated. My next step is to get an private blood test done through one of the Labs suggested on here and I then hope to post the results on here. Hopefully they will point me in the right direction.
