TSH and FT4 are euthyroid (normal) and thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's). You don't appear to have thyroid dysfunction.
TSH 0.95 is normal because it is within range 0.55 - 4.78.
FT4 1.0 is normal because it is within range 0.8 - 1.8.
Thyroid peroxidase 1 is <9 so is negative for Hashimoto's.
Thyroglobulin 1 is <2 so is negative for Hashimoto's.
Some people are sero negative but positive for Hashimoto's. Did your GP diagnose by ultrasound scan?
There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
I really recommend you try 100% gluten-free and supplement 200mcg selenium to support the thyroid.
In the UK hypothyroidism isn't diagnosed until TSH is over range or FT4 is below range but if you can persuade your physician to prescribe Levothyroxine to suppress your TSH <0.1 that might reduce the autoimmune attacks and swelling.
