Increase directly after blood test?

Could a couple of days (4) of higher dose of levo cause adverse effect? Want to increase my meds by 25 on day of blood test. Will have results 4 days later so that means of ft4 levels are at the top I could potentially have been taken 25mcg to much for 4 days. Would this be ok?

Am very positive that I will need an increase. Am taking 100 levo.

It would make more sense to wait until you know whether or not FT4 is high but 4 days over replacement won't be harmful.
