I'm no expert, but your results look good to me. I wouldn't say you were overmedicated. How are your mins and vits? B12, D, Folate and Ferritin are important cofactors for thyroid sufferers. B12, especially, can cause neurological problems if it is low.

I didn't have the vits tested, wish I had now!

Ellishq - those results don't indicate over medication, both FT4 and FT3 are within range.

However, your TPO antibodies are very close to the limit so it's possible that you might have autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's and if retested at some point they may be over range.

You could try adopting a strict gluten free diet to help reduce the antibodies, also supplement with selenium L-selenomethionine 200mcg daily.

Having a low TSH does not automatically mean that you are over-medicated. Having and over-range FT3 means you are over-medicated, and yours is nowhere near over-range.

In fact, it could be that your FT3 is not high enough for you, and that is why you feel rotten. But, increasing your T4 would probably take it over-range. The ideal would be to reduce your levo a bit, and add in a little T3. But, of course, I realise how hard that is, these days. So, you could try increasing your levo to 100 mcg daily, if your doctor would agree to it. But, that might be difficult, too!

Is that the first antibody test you've had? They're not over range at the moment, but given how antibodies fluctuate, they could be in another test, meaning that you have Hashi's. Might be worth getting them tested again at some point in the future.
