i have it and put some of it in my glass of water in the morning to wash down my NDT. i take it insted of acv .

Is that to increase stomach acid? Does it work?

yes, it suppose it is to help with low stomach acid.

does it help?

i cant say, i just take it with thyroid-s, as it has this protectiv layer around it to give it a longer use by date.

i think it helps me to digest the tablet faster into my blood stream.

acv would do the same.
