Lab confusion

I have been having trouble getting my levels optimal. I am currently on 2.5 grains of NP. Listed below are my most recent labs. I am unsure about the t3 to rt3 ratio. If I calculated it correctly it is 0.2 and I have no clue what is optimal. Help would be greatly appreciated.

TSH is very suppressed but FT4 and FT3 are within range so you are not over medicated. You appear to be adequately dosed with FT3 just below the upper third of range.

Reverse T3 is mid range so it isn't high. I can't help with the T3 to rT3 ratio. Feel free to repost your question in case others can help.
