Your T3 is also very low in range. You could use a dose increase, but not a huge one if you feel well. Do you need the extra levo because there is no evidence that you are converting well? Generally, if you are taking T3 or NDT, FT4 is low or under range and TSH is also low or under range and Ft3 is high in range.
Thank you . I reduced down from 2 grains to 1.15 purely becsuse of fatigue in rhe afternoons. My T4 had dropped from 15.3 to 12 on last bloods in feb so that is why i added
25mcg levo. I am now going to titrate back up to 1 and 3/4 grains. I am feeling so well. So will have bkoods tested agsin in 6 weeks
I would have added T3 to the NDT rather than levo as your Free T3 is very low in range (want to be aiming for at least 4.23), or just increase the NDT. Fatigue in the afternoon suggests too low a dose, not too high.
