You don't need to bring your FT4 up to range. You are getting plenty of T4 in 2 grains of NDT. If your body doesn't hang on to it, it's because you don't need it. You have a good level of FT3, so if you still have hypo symptoms, just increase your NDT by 1/4 grain. But, no point in adding levo.

Personally I disagree with greygoose (sorry)

I am on T3 and T4

I get symptoms when T4 is too low regardless of having high T3

Yes, but if she increases her NDT, she will be getting more T4 as well as T3. Presumably she's taking NDT because she doesn't convert very well, that's the usual reason. If so, then there is no point in continuing to try and raise the T4, which might not even work. Therefore, rather than add in synthetic T4, I would go with increasing the NDT until the T3 is higher in range. Then you can decide whether you really need to increase the T4 or not. :)

Possibly room for small increase in FT3

(Assuming test was done with 12 hour gap between last NDT and blood draw)

Which is why I said a quarter grain. Adding T4 isn't going to help with her weight-loss, which is what the OP is complaining about.

Thank you. I will consider 1/4 grain.
