Question from your last thread

"We also need to know if you were taking 125mcg Levo only when this test was done or whether you were also taking T3 and if so how much."

And how do you feel?

Your TSH results indicate your thyroid is slightly suppressed but your T3 is not particularly high so it doesn't look like you are overmedicated, also your T4 is in range so again not overmedicated. I'm presuming your results are FT3 and FT4 in other words Free T3 and Free T4? I'm wondering whether you have Hashimotos thyroid condition? Have you have your antibodies tested?

Yes, I would get antibodies tested. The more information you have about your thyroid condition the better. If you have antibodies then you need to be proactive about minimising their activity. You also need to have your vitamin levels tested as many people with thyroid conditions are deficient in Vitamin D, B12, ferritin, folate and iron. Once you've got all the results you will be better able to care for yourself. I can't comment on T3 as I don't take it but others might have advice.

You should test again in 8 to 12 weeks as you've changed your dose by adding T3, you might need to adjust Levothyroxine.

Not what you're looking for?
