100 Symptoms of B12 deficiency - how similar the symptoms are to hypo
These things can feel so bewildering and it's why it's so important to go low and slow when introducing changes or starting to take medications/supplements despite the natural impulse to Take All The Things and Get Better Now!
Plus, so many conditions can mask one another and as something improves something else is exposed. I can't find it now but somewhere on HU recently there was an interesting discussion about the interaction of B12, folate, and iron deficiency - and by the time all of that is in the mix with the symptoms of hypothyroidism it feels amazing that anyone is able to disentangle all of these and improve.
Almost all symptoms are similar and the rest just coexisting.
Most people will have some of these symptoms going on ... no need to be too concerned about any deficiencies
This is a link of all of the symptoms. Some of course cross-over with other conditions too.

"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebral spinal fluid below 550 pg/ml.
For brain and nervous system health and prevention of diseases in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1,000 pg/ml."
