Thats good to know. I know you are aware of my Mum's previous problems, my Mum is extremely petite, could this have a knock on effect? have got my Mum's previous results. I would really value your opinion in them?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'a knock on effect', but post your mum's results, and I'll have a look. :)

Ie why she is so exhausted. Despite her results being reported as "normal" she still has a lot of symptoms.

Yes, but 'normal' only means 'in range'. If they're not in the right place within the range, then she is still hypo. Nothing to do with her being petite. Whatever her size, she needs the amount of thyroid hormone she needs, and if she doesn't get it, then she will be ill.

Her FT3 isn't even mid-range, so I'm not surprised she still has symptoms. Most people need it up the top of the range to feel well.

She's not converting terribly well, but even so, an increase in her levo would probably help.

Awe, thank you so much for your advice! I really appreciate you taking the time to read my post. I feel as though nobody will listen to me I may as well talk to the wall! Meanwhile my Mum is getting sicker & sicker!! I knew deep down that she wasn't getting enough, it was too much of a coincidence that she started feeling ill when it started being reduced. Thanks again!!

Do you know how long it will take for her to start to feel a difference?

So, my Mum had the endocrine clinic today. They said her levels where fine, but her vitamin D is low, so to start on that. I know this could be a contributing factor as to why she has a lot of the symptoms, but they have discharged her from the clinic & told her to now attend her GO every 3 months for thyroid bloods to be checked!!
