well a while ago i started taking my thyroxine at night.15 minutes before mirtazapine

whats the betting the mirt is affecting the thyroxine

explains lots really, shortness of breath, severe fatigue, palpitations, water retention......i cant even get from the car to a shop door now without struggling for breath

i guess we could say most of its my fault as i knew thyroid meds had to taken hours away from other meds but still i took it when i did

think its time to set an alarm on my phone now

No point in beating yourself up. It's done. Still you know now, and setting a phone alarm is a very good idea.

Do t beat yourself up-these things happen. The main thing is you realised and good that you posted it as well as I'm sure that will be a reminder to others not to do the same or solve a problem for some as well!
