Got my latest results back after a 12.5mcg levo increase
Tsh 0.2 (0.35-5.5)
Ft4 16 (10-19.8)
Before the increase they were
Tsh 0.08 (0.35-5.5)
Ft4 13 (10-19.8)
I don't feel well unfortunately. Would you advise increasing by 25 or 12.5 again?

Emits,
12.5mcg increased your FT4 by 3 and if it does the same it will take your FT4 to the top of the range, so I think 12.5mcg increase.
Thank you. Doctor wanted to reduce dose. I managed to convince him to let me try a 12.5 increase. I'm just worried that he was wrong and that I should have decreased instead of increased. What do you think? I am not feeling well but a bit better than on 12.5 less levo.
Emits,
I suspect your GP was concerned about the suppressed TSH 0.08 but your FT4 was low in range so you weren't over medicated. It's unusual that TSH rose to 0.2 when you increased dose and FT4 rose. TSH usually drops when dose is increased.
Have ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate been checked?
Thank you ever so much for all your help. It means a lot. I get so unsure when they keep on wanting to reduce, it makes me doubt my feeling of hypo because they're supposed to be the experts. So having you guiding me helps tremendously!
Yes they have been tested:
B12 550 (200-950)
Vit D 73
Ferritin 65 (35-290)
Folate 13 no range
I'm taking ferrous fumarate 305x2/day
And multivitamin with 10mcg vit d
Emits,
That looks fine. Ferrous Fumarate will help raise ferritin.
Take 1,000mg vitamin C with each Ferrous Fumarate tablet to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
Is now 1,5 weeks since I increased by 12,5 and I just feel a tiny bit better. Is this normal shouldn't I be feeling much better if this is the right dose for me? How long is normal to wait to feel better on such a small increase?
Emits,
It takes 7-10 days to absorb the 12.5mcg dose increase before it starts working so it is good you are already feeling some improvement. It will take up to six weeks to feel the full impact of the dose.
