Start higher dose immediately after bloodtest?

My latest results were

Tsh 0.08 (0.35-5.5)

Ft4 13 (10-19.8)

Today I had bloodtest done. Is it ok do you think to increase meds by 25mcg today and not wait for the results? I feel very ill and last time I just increased dose by 12.5 mcg so I doubt that my ft4 will have increased much... What do you think?

Yes, increase your dose. 25mcg is the usual increase when we are trying to reach an optimum dose.

Would it make a big difference on my ft3 levels next week?

I'm planning to have a private test of tsh, ft4 and ft3 if my doctor won't increase dose or if ft4 comes back high.

It would probably change your levels, so I'd wait until after your blood test.

Just had them back and this time

Tsh was 0.2 (0.35-5.5)

Ft4 16 (10-19.8)

Shall I increase with 12.5 again or 25 do you think?
