Hi

Josiesmum replied on your other post with a link to Amazon, if you click on the link in blue, it will take you to the Amazon site and show the Vitamin D drops.

Do you have an Amazon account so you can buy? if not you can set one up.

I have have used those drops and I have also used a Vitamin D spray, I will find the link for you on where to buy direct using a credit card.

I use this one. It supposedly is absorbed better as it doesn't go through digestive system. I will soon find out how much it has upped my vitamin D level.

Hi Justina,

it got mine from 22 to 91 but I did get some sun in the summer so that would have helped as well.

Is it the green spray wae the 3000 on it I buy,as there's different ones

lucylocks in reply toLizzielaylaya

Hi

The green one delivers 3000iu per spray,

so it depends what your level of Vit D is as to how much you use.

What is your level?

Don't no if yet,nd to ask an get bk to.u

Mine was 22 and I used two sprays and it brought up to 91 but I did get some sun in the summer so that helped.

If yours is really low I would start at two sprays.

If it is say around 50 you may just need one spray, but find out what the level is and post and members can advise you how much to use.

That's interesting delicious21

I was not aware of the connection with Vit D and kidney disease.

My latest blood tests show my urea level over range, could my supplementing with

Vit D have something to do with it?

Vitamin D3 is created from sun exposure -Vitamin D 2 is found in margarine, butter, milk and

in fish oils in fish herring, mackerels kippers - supplements of omega 3 fatty acids may contain vitamin D. White fish oils such as cod liver oil, contains Vitamin D. The D vitamins are activated

through the liver and kidneys to produce calci trol ? This help the parathyroids.

Hi,

You should always take D3 with K2 and Metabolics Ltd supplies a very pure supplement with no fillers or binders in it. Mainly practitioner based but you can order on line

I can only say l found a VitaminD spray on Amazon when l wasnt looking - and with good write-ups saying it helped thyroid and stopped hair falling out and has done last for me, as dark coat collar was covered for years. They took 2 sprays day for first week or two. Better You DLux - also from Holland &B
