Hi guys,
I am 26 years old and have been diagnosed with an under active Thyroid. I am on Levothyroxine NA 75mcg tablets which i take very morning. I suppose i am just looking for any advice anyone can give.
I keep putting more and more weight on even though i am in the gym three times a week and it really feels like i am fighting a losing battle. I'm not as tired as i was however still struggle in the morning even if i have had a good sleep - i still feel drained.
My doctor was helpful before i was diagnosed however now it feels like i am fighting to get bloods done and get advice from her. I saw a dietitian an she couldn't give me any advice on my diet and if any foods were good/bad for my thyroids. Just feel that i can't really talk to anyone about it.
I have noticed that some people take vitamins, are there any that people have found helpful that they would recommend?
If anyone can offer any advice that would be lovely.
