Taking thyroxine at night

My friend has suggested taking my thyroxine at night.

She tells me it works well for her and she feels better taking it then, rather than in the morning.

Does anyone else do this?

I did and made a big difference (in a good way!) and meant that I didn't have to worry about eating, drinking and taking my supplements in the morning

How long after eating do you have to wait to take the meds at night? Do you do it just before going to sleep?

DBBcello,

Leave 2 hours between food/drink and Levothyroxine. You can take it just before going to sleep or if you regularly get up in the night you can take it then.
