If you have low iron b12 folate and d.

And maybe more.

Thyroidissues makes the vitamins low. And when the vitamin is low the thyroid wont work and you wont get full effect of your ndt.

And also. If you have tired adrenals, do you have to "fix" this before you start ndt?

I think I can get the numbers but the doctor said the levels where on the lower end.

What happens if you start with ndt without checking your adrenals?

I don't know is, Dr P started me on adrenal support prior to NDT, but that was many years ago.

Adrenal support. thanks for writing. Its a jungle in the search for better health when you dont have a good doctor thats willing to help.
