Today I had blood drawn here's the results

Hi - sorry, TSH on it's own isn't enough to see what is going on. At an absolute minimum for ongoing comparison you also need ft4 and ft3. Ideally also vit b12, vit d, folate, ferritin and anti-bodies, though you don't need these all the time, but a one-off will show your status.

Also are you aware that blood for thyroid monitoring should be done as early as possible, fasting (nothing but water) and with no levo in previous 24 hrs?

Well I don't take anything never had even before my RAI had that done first week last month they only posted that not the cancer check results he never checks the stuff so you said I mentioned that I was having pain and dry cough next week I have a ultrasound done
