I must say I wrote the above wrong as in 2st is my nxt mini goal and not final 😌 unfortunately I have at least another 3st after that but just taking half a stone at a time j x

Don't worry about too much about the amount you've still to lose, look back at how much you've lost up till today. Have, you, by any chance, had your FT3 level tested just in case you need a tiny increase in your thyroid hormones.

Well done! Isn't it fantastic when after so many years of having weight issues that it surprisingly starts coming off and your body behaves normally. I was diagnosed in January and have been taking Levothyroxine 50mg for nearly 3 months. My weight has been gradually creeping down, I'm now over a stone lighter! I'm so happy as before I was having literally a battle with my weight. I was excercising, going to the gym and eating healthy. But nothing seemed to work, also I'd have binges every two weeks, crisps, putting on the 4 Ib I'd lost! Didn't know I was very ill, which tests confirmed. I can now walk with no pain, my hair is thicker, skin's improving, energy is excellent. My body temperature is back to normal. I am so much happier. Just wish I'd been tested earlier. Good luck xx

A few days ago there was a report that Indian,Chinese and Italian take aways were a big factor in causing obesity.

yes guessing all takeaway is not good for weight loss, but little treat now and again is fine. That was my first in 13 weeks and I picked the healthiest meal 😌 j x

i dont know whats going on, im a stone heavier than when i started december 2015, ive even done SAS logs and cant find where im going wrong, had a 6lb gain a few weeks back totally gutted me

thats why son wants to meet up for a one to one and try and set up some meal plan that i can stick to and see how that goes (hes my SW consultant) i know im undermedicated at moment so fingers crossed i will get sorted sooner or later

but you are doing brilliant, im so pleased its working for you........is it slimming world?

no just low fat / sugar sticking to 1200 cals. But all diets will work just which u prefer. If ur under medicated u prob not gunna lose weight till u r on correct dose. Most of r the same unexplained weight gain is done to ur sluggish metabolism and it's important to get ur dose right. Good luck j x

Well done. Are you following any particular diet plan or just generally eating healthier?

am using my fitness pal app to record everything I eat and it records your cals so sticking to 1200 and low fat / sugar diet. J x
