Scorpiojo,
You could make a bullet point list of symptoms which have improved &/or resolved since you added T3 and how it has improved your day to day life.
Have you heard of these clinics? Or am I the only one? The answerphone message said they're running an additional clinic... This is also my 1st time with this Edo as you may recall I changed as the ladt guy was trying to wrestle it off me... Thanks for response x
To be clear additional to my other 1st appt in May... She made sound like a special clinic...
I hope these links can be accessed:

The second link is by one of our Advisers and his team.

1st one wouldn't work... 2nd talked about a paper x
This is another:-
I've a strange feeling going on my last appt that they will say any well feeling since taking t3 is due to B 12 jabs etc etc... As that is what he said in Jan... I said then I didn't want to start thinking with things at this stage as I was getting better.... But this special clinic to review is to try and wrestle us out of getting t3... Grrr
People who are well on levothyroxine will not have asked to have T3 added or to see a Specialist, so we are a small majority overall i.e. comparing how much T3 is prescribed against levothyroxine.
Several Research Organisations have shown that some people need T3 added to T4 and that one of our Advisers is onthe following research team.
This is one such trial.

If they want a copy you can provide it.
Ask if they know anything at all about Thyroid Hormone Resistance? It will be interesting to know their reply.
You can say you are a member of a forum recommended by NHS Choices and are they aware that T3 is the only active thyroid hormone which drives our whole metabolism, particularly brain and heart function as well as everything else? Some cannot convert levo to optimum T3.
TSH is fine for diagnosing but once on thyroid hormone replacements, which should be optimal i.e. no clinical symptoms with TSH around 1 or lower.
If they've not tested your Free T4 or Free T3 how do they you have sufficient FT3.

They may learn something from this link also.

On the NHS we are entitled to prescriptions which allow us to have a healthy life with no clinical symptoms. So many are given 'other' prescriptions for disabling symptoms instead of increased hormones.
If you click on the Information for Endos on the following link - maybe they haven't seen it or read it. Read it first to see if it will be helpful for your case.
Take a copy of the New Guidelines of The British Thyroid Association along with you. If you put British Thyroid Association in the Search box some info will come up.
Good luck.
Oh poor you - good luck. X
