Thirsty after eating

Hi guys

My tsh is 2.6 I have the hypothyroidism symptoms low temperatures ,cold intolerance ,ringing in ears,slow pulse, however recently I am having sugar problems I get up at midnight with my eyes red eyed and red veins showing up also soon after eating I get very thirsty after eating high carb diet

TSH 2.6 indicates your thyroid gland is beginning to struggle but NHS won't usually diagnose hypothyroidism until TSH is >5 or 6.

If you are woken because of low sugar try eating a biscuit or banana and drink water with your meal.
