My TSH & T3 readings

For the last couple of years I have kept a log of my TSH readings which are as follows:

2015

T4 0.20 mu/L

T35.3pmul/L

2016

T4 Serum TSH Levels0.20 mu/L

T35.3pmul/L

It almost feels like they are not doing the test just repeating the results.

It seems not. I still have to get this years results. But I have been feeling very lethargic these last few months. I generally have enough energy to walk 6 miles on Sundays but last week I was bushed! only managed a grumpy 3 miles.

If your last thyroid test was a few months ago it may be worth getting a retest to see whether anything has changed and you need a dose adjustment.

My doctor is rubbish and if it says its fine then they will not do anything about it.

What are considered correct readings. Because of my Brain fog anything I seem to read I cant' remember, But it would help to know what is considered right, both for T4 and T3.

Ft4 and Ft3 in top quarter of their ranges (and TSH under 1)

TSH 1.0 or lower with FT4 in the upper quadrant and FT3 in the top third of range.
