Am wondering if anyone has used Low Dose Naltrexone in connection with their thyroid issues. It is available by prescription but I believe it is only currently available for off-label use. Am interested in how anyone who uses it finds it etc.

I typed LDN into the Search Box here on HU and 176 previous posts appeared discussing LDN on Thyroid UK - so hopefully there will some appropriate information for you ....
Thanks for the lead. Had come across it when I was researching LDN and it is an excellent resource for anyone trying to find out more.
I have a few autoimmune conditions that LDN has been identified as possibly being useful for and, where before I had been diagnosed as hypothyroid, got tested privately and discovered I have Hashimoto's. There seems to be a reluctance on the part of some GPS to prescribe T3 / T4 medications in combination -in fact, some go so far as not to bother screening for T3 issues -claiming that if T4 is ok then everything is fine but we know that is not necessarily the case -hence reason for testing privately. The test I had also indicated I might have an element of Grave's mixed in -just for good measure so am thinking it might be difficult to titre dosages. I noted that LDN is used for both hypo and hyperthyroidism and many autoimmune and blood-related conditions too so, given I have several conditions that might benefit from LDN I am thinking of pursuing it further and was wondering if anyone on this forum had tried it and how they got on with it.
Thanks again for time taken to try to help. Greatly appreciated.
If you click onto the first link there are loads of posts and replies of earlier threads about LDN. Surely there are some about personal experiences ...... 😊
