Can someone please tell me what my results mean?

Serum TSH 0.14pmol/l

Serum T4 14pmol/l

I have Lupus and I am on lots of medication besides Levo.

Have you got the range for the FT4, please?

It says Serum free level 9-19pmol/l

Ok, so your FT4 is just about mid range. Which is a bit low. Plenty of room for an increase in dose if you feel you need one.

Thank you Greygoose for your feedback. I am soooooooooooooooo tired which is why I asked to be tested. Can you tell me what does it mean to be low in TSH?

Low TSH means the pituitary gland has detected sufficient FT4. Are you taking Levothyroxine?

Hi Clutter, Yes I take 100mg a day so nothing to worry about?
