Adrenal problems

Hi all my names is Louise, I'm 33, I was diagnosed for years with fibromyalgia until I went private and had a vitamin D test and my level was at 18 and I also had my adrenals tested and was at the bottom end of the reference range in both DHEA and cortisol and eostrogen is taken its place (I hate that) started taking nutri adrenal extra last year went to order more and there was a manufacturing problem so I was unable but I get them my private doctor was on holiday I do now have a replacement on the way but I've crashed quite badly,it's been 2 weeks since I have had any. I've been waking up with really bad headaches, I've got thrush and I'm itching from head to toe any ideas will be greatly welcomed?

Re vitD 18, this is deficient. My GP prescribed 40,000iu D3 x 14 days followed by 2,000iu daily x 8 weeks to raise my vitD from <10 to 107.

Ah thanks for the message 😊 Oh bless you that's dreadfully low!! We're you very poorly? I use a company called lamberts I had to take 4000 out a day for 4 weeks and then maintain with with 2000iu but I had to move back up a few weeks ago I could feel l my levels dropping. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 6 years ago I know believe it was the low vit D and I think it was having low vit D for so long that put me into adrenal fatigue 😐I am doing a lot better since being on the vitamin D though 😀 How about you? Are you feeling better?
