Transdermal supplementing? Patches any good?

Hello,

I am just wondering if anybody gets on well with the transdermal products available?

I should hopefully get blood results back next week and I expect to need B12, vitamin d, maybe folate, so just considering options (I won't buy until I've posted results on here for guidance!).

I'm so bad at remembering tablets so does anyone use patches? If so, which product please? If they're not advised, how come?

Thanks

These oils from Australia seem to be the best option and are manufactured for many different needs. Can be somewhat costly, but at least these work. Patches can be unreliable.
