It looks interesting doesn’t it. Some seem to take a lot of sprays. I already use magnesium spray (quite sticky) and also magnesium flakes in my bath but the other minerals are interesting a lot of them I didn’t realise you could use transdermally.

No me neither! Just clocked the iodine though... does makes the patches a feasible option though 🤔

Not so keen on the idea of a spray as most of it misses and it must be a very stable mix surely to administer these exact levels?

~I wonder if these are available elsewhere in the world like NZ/Australia?

Thank you for all the above information + links - most interesting indeed.

🤗

'Developed in UK' but likely made in China? Certainly lots of similar offerings on Amazon (thought most are rather vague on actual content) which I assume has infiltrated NZ and Australia?

~Thank you for that - if made in China I prefer to leave well alone because who knows what one is getting??~

That's how I used to feel but then 🍄puts up a post about the fact that, I think, almost 100% of B12 is manufactured there and that other countries can import the separate ingredients from all over the world to use and claim it all to be made in whichever country it is cobbled together! Makes it impossible to really know 🤷‍♀️

Then add in the fact that supplements are completely unregulated 😕 it's a bit of pot luck at the best of times😩
