Ordering T3/Greece

Has anyone had a problem ordering T3 from Greece? I was sent wiring instructions from their customer service. My bank followed the instructions perfect and they are saying they never received payment. I am now trying to locate my money.

I used Western Union, it all went smoothly but had to wait 10 days for tablets to arrive. Found them very helpful. Has the bank double checked the reference numbers etc?

My bank is saying they pulled a copy of my last wire, which went without a hitch, and its identical.

Ok, I will try Western Union. Thank you!

When I ordered from them I chose to use bank transfer. It worked quickly and well; the only problem was that I had to transfer the money to a bank account in Montenegro(!) and the payment had to be done in € = transaction fee of +/30€ as Montenegro is outside the eurozone. So maybe WU is a better option. Maybe not directly related to your question, but I just wanted to mention this in case anyone is considering using bank transfer; I understand quite a few people here use this Greek pharmacy (which provides excellent service, IMHO).

I've just been in email correspondence with the greek company I believe people here are referring to. Paid by bank transfer on 12th November for $78USD. I sent them a copy of the bank transfer receipt same day. They didn't send me an email confirmation re shipping as I was expecting.

So I contacted them yesterday asking if my supply had been shipped and they said they did not receive the money. I sent them the receipt again and asked them to double check. They still said they didn't receive any funds. I ordered from them previously in Feb 2017 via Western Union with no problems at all.

I then looked on health unlocked and saw all the info from a few months ago about availability issues with Unipharma t3. So I wrote again saying that I heard there were supply problems and that I was worried I wouldn't receive the t3 which my bank transfer shows I paid for.

And then the greek company promptly cancelled my order!! This morning I received a terse email a lady named Maria saying that their supply issues re T3 were resolved in September and I should not believe false rumours on the internet, and so they were cancelling my order.

So, somewhere out there in the internet ether is my $78 USD, and now the company have basically told me to shove it. I am so angry and frustrated. Will be double checking today with the bank to see what the hell is going on. And hopefully I can get back in their 'good books' and they may send me some t3. Every email correspondence is with a different customer service person. I've had to write a very humble pie email to Maria who cancelled my order, even though I was in no way rude or accusatory in any of my correspondence, saying there's been a miscommunication and I understand they may have been under a lot of pressure over the last few months with supply issues etc. If there were any other companies with better customer service attitudes I'd definitely go there instead. But such is life. Just hope I can either get a refund or my tablets!
