This is a pithy, short video from Erik Berg. He's got a lot of lectures on his YouTube channel.

How to lower cortisol
For any other deaf old coots like me, it is worth pointing out that this video has subtitles.
I found the video interesting - particularly the references to potassium which I take occasionally, but in tiny doses because it worries me. And I wondered if his mention of calcium could explain why so many people like milky drinks just before bed.
BUT - I wanted to scream when he said people who want to lower cortisol should get more sleep. I always want to yell at this comment - HOW? I've had insomnia problems for about 45 years. It's almost as if people who say "Get more sleep" think I'd never thought of it before.
Very interesting Scazzoh , great find. I'll check out his other videos.
The 10,000iu daily D3 is a bit worrying, I reached toxicity level on 5000iu daily after I got mine up from severe deficiency so that's something to look into. Good to see he mentioned K2 with the Vit D.
Yes, I take 1,000 per day when the clocks go back until they go forward again, when I stop.
