There aren't any 'medicines' to reduce them, anyway - what were you thinking of? It all has to be 'natural', really.
Firstly, you need your TSH at zero. And, for that, you will probably have to take thyroid hormone replacement (but that's not 'medicine').
Then, you could try taking selenium - it appears that that works quite well. Selenium is a mineral, a nutrient, that we all need, anyway, but most people are low in.
And, thirdly, you could try going gluten-free (or maybe also dairy-free). That doesn't work for everybody, but most people find it has many advantages.
But, there is no cure for autoimmune. The antibodies will always be there, waiting...
I was just reading this article about selenium:

My understanding is that as selenium and iodine work together, it's important that you are taking adequate thyroid replacement hormone before embarking on selenium supplementation.
I have noticed that some health professionals who themselves have hypothyroidism talk about using diet and supplements to get their disease into "remission". However it's important to note that they still take thyroid replacement hormones. I think by "remission" they are saying that their disease is not getting worse.
Jayerramilli,
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.
